Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Commercial Officer with at least 3 years of experience in an administrational / commercial role to manage and support the commercial and contractual activities on site.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure financial control.
Initiating and managing the verification and certification of invoices.
Review contract terms and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with site, procurement, and finance teams on commercial matters.
Track financial project progress and prepare regular commercial and financial reports.
Lead the Commercial team on site, whilst reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Identify potential risks and assist in implementing cost-saving measures.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial, administrational or quantity surveying role.
Basic knowledge of contracts, claims, and commercial procedures.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Senior Roads Structure Draftsman
Qualifications
Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Civil/Structural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of total experience as a Draftsman.
At least 5 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D); familiarity with Civil 3D or Revit Structure is an advantage.
Familiarity with the structural provisions of Gulf/Oman Highway Standards and related design codes.
Solid experience in the preparation of working and detailed construction drawings, including:
Retaining walls
Culverts
Rigid pavement
Slope protection works
Proven experience in preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs.
Chief Surveyor (Roads)
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise all surveying activities for roads construction projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and engineering requirements.
Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Establish and maintain primary and secondary control networks for road alignment, grading, and infrastructure works.
Conduct and verify setting-out works for road centrelines, curves, profiles, cross-sections, drainage, and ancillary structures.
Review and validate survey data, calculations, and as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to resolve survey-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safe operation of all survey instruments and equipment.
Prepare and submit survey reports, progress records, and documentation as required by the project and client.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality management systems, and health & safety regulations on site.
Liaise with client representatives and consultants on all survey-related matters, including submissions and approvals.

المهام الرئيسية:
- مراقبة تكاليف المشروع والميزانيات والمصروفات لضمان التحكم المالي
- بدء وإدارة عمليات التحقق واعتماد الفواتير
- مراجعة بنود العقود وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع
- التنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمشتريات والمالية في الأمور التجارية
- متابعة التقدم المالي للمشروع وإعداد التقارير الدورية
- قيادة الفريق التجاري في الموقع مع رفع التقارير إلى المدير التجاري
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة والمساعدة في تطبيق إجراءات تقليل التكاليف
المؤهلات:

- معرفة أساسية بالعقود والمطالبات والإجراءات التجارية
- مهارات تحليلية وعددية قوية
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وتنسيق جيدة
رسام إنشائي طرق أول (Senior Roads Structure Draftsman)
المؤهلات:
- دبلوم أو شهادة في الرسم الهندسي المدني/الإنشائي أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كرسام
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كرسام إنشائي
- إجادة استخدام AutoCAD (2D)، ومعرفة Civil 3D أو Revit تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- الإلمام بمعايير الطرق الخليجية/العمانية والأكواد التصميمية ذات الصلة
- خبرة قوية في إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتفصيلية مثل:
- الجدران الاستنادية
- العبارات (Culverts)
- الطرق الخرسانية (Rigid pavement)
- أعمال حماية المنحدرات
- خبرة في إعداد جداول حصر الحديد (BBS) وحساب الكميات
كبير المساحين (طرق) (Chief Surveyor - Roads)
المهام الرئيسية:
- تخطيط وتنظيم والإشراف على جميع أعمال المساحة لمشاريع الطرق
- قيادة فريق المساحين وتقديم التوجيه الفني والإشراف على الأداء
- إنشاء والحفاظ على شبكات التحكم للمحاور والأعمال الإنشائية
- تنفيذ ومراجعة أعمال التوقيع المساحي مثل المحاور والمقاطع والتصريف
- مراجعة بيانات المسح والحسابات والرسومات النهائية (As-built)
- التنسيق مع المهندسين ومديري المواقع والمقاولين الفرعيين لحل المشكلات
- ضمان معايرة وصيانة أجهزة المساحة
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير وأعمال المسح المطلوبة
- ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات ومعايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة
- التواصل مع الاستشاريين والعملاء بخصوص أعمال المساحة
