- Achieve country- and city-level targets and drive overall business objectives, ensuring continuous YoY and MoM growth in active customers and orders across cities and verticals
- Plan and execute growth strategies with CRM and relevant verticals to reduce churn, increase MAU and order frequency, and prioritize acquisitions through key channels
- Own monthly trade planning across all campaigns (Food, QC, Brand, tPro, etc.), developing strategies and executing actions to achieve company OKRs
- Lead end-to-end data-driven campaigns, from insights and strategy to execution, measurement, and reporting, while continuously optimizing performance
- Own the app home screen calendar and ensure alignment across all verticals to maximize outcomes
