Job Title: Electrical Trainer

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Trainer to deliver high-quality, competency-based training in electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance for the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• CompEx Assessor certification required.
• TAQA Level 3/4 or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience in Electrical maintenance.
• At least 5 years' experience delivering technical training.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and industrial equipment.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training, including competency-based assessments.
• Supervise workshops and ensure safety compliance.
• Mentor trainees and support curriculum development.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

نبحث عن مدرب كهرباء ذو خبرة لتقديم تدريب عالي الجودة قائم على الكفاءة في الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية وصيانتها لقطاع النفط والغاز والقطاعات الصناعية

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة
شهادة CompEx Assessor مطلوبة ويفضل TAQA مستوى 3 أو 4 أو ما يعادلها
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تقديم التدريب الفني

المسؤوليات

معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية وتوزيع الطاقة وأنظمة التحكم والمعدات الصناعية
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات العرض والتواصل
تقديم التدريب النظري والعملي بما في ذلك التقييمات القائمة على الكفاءة
الإشراف على الورش وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة
توجيه المتدربين والمساهمة في تطوير المناهج التدريبية
المشاركة في ضمان الجودة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
