Sonographer

Role Description

Starcare Hospital is seeking a full-time Sonographer for an on-site role in Muscat. The Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures including abdominal, vascular, and obstetric scans.

The role includes preparing diagnostic reports, maintaining ultrasound equipment, and collaborating with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to medical imaging standards.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiology diagnostic practices.
• Solid understanding of medical imaging principles.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare teams.
• Prior hospital or clinical experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role is mandatory.

تبحث Starcare Hospital عن أخصائي أشعة صوتية للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها في مسقط، حيث سيكون مسؤولًا عن إجراء فحوصات الموجات فوق الصوتية التشخيصية بما في ذلك فحوصات البطن والأوعية الدموية والنساء والولادة.

يشمل الدور إعداد التقارير التشخيصية، تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة الأشعة الصوتية، والعمل بالتعاون مع أطباء الأشعة وطاقم الرعاية الصحية لضمان سلامة وراحة المرضى، مع الالتزام بمعايير التصوير الطبي.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في التصوير الطبي التشخيصي أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل).

إجادة ممارسات التشخيص في الأشعة.

فهم قوي لمبادئ التصوير الطبي.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتعامل مع المرضى والفرق الطبية.

خبرة سابقة في بيئة سريرية أو مستشفيات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في نفس المجال (شرط أساسي).
