About the Job

Sitech Company is pleased to announce a job opportunity for a Technical Support Technician to support IT systems, networks, and technical operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related problems.
• Configure and manage CCTV and access control systems.
• Maintain and monitor network devices, IT equipment, and connectivity.
• Install and configure printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Perform system updates and security checks.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and troubleshooting procedures.
• Configure Android and Windows screens, including interactive displays.
• Support technical team in ICT and ELV activities.
• Manage employee email accounts and configurations.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Experience handling Android systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (Switching, Routing, Configuration).
• Skills in programming and configuring end devices.
• Experience maintaining servers and system integration.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company systems and data.
• Coordination experience.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات.

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو الشبكات أو مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة:

معرفة بأساسيات الأجهزة وأنظمة التشغيل (Windows / Linux).

خبرة في أنظمة أندرويد.

معرفة ببروتوكولات الشبكات (Switching, Routing).

القدرة على إعداد وبرمجة الأجهزة الطرفية.

خبرة في إدارة وصيانة الخوادم.

معرفة بمفاهيم الشبكات (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN).

مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.

إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.

الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والعمل بروح الفريق.

إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
