Job Overview

This position is responsible for procurement of goods and services, equipment spares, and consumables. The role includes sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and service requirements in line with procurement guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of goods, services, and spare parts.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.

Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Manage day-to-day purchasing activities based on procurement guidelines.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Good organizational and business acumen skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.

Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
