About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized professional to support business excellence initiatives across the organization. This role will help improve processes, strengthen reporting across departments, and provide management with clear and reliable performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI-based performance insights.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Production, and IT to improve workflows and reporting accuracy.

Support ERP/system optimization, master data governance, and process standardization.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of data management tools and ERP systems (advantage).

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work across multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.

نبحث عن شخص مبادر، تحليلي، ومنظم لدعم مبادرات التميز المؤسسي داخل الشركة، وتحسين العمليات، وتعزيز جودة التقارير وتقديم رؤى دقيقة للإدارة.

المهام الرئيسية:

قيادة ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر الأقسام

إعداد تقارير ولوحات معلومات تعتمد على مؤشرات الأداء (KPI)

التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة (المبيعات، المالية، العمليات، الإنتاج، تقنية المعلومات) لتحسين سير العمل ودقة التقارير

دعم تحسين أنظمة ERP وإدارة البيانات وتوحيد العمليات

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تحليل البيانات أو تخصص مشابه

مهارات قوية في التحليل وإعداد التقارير وحل المشكلات

معرفة جيدة بأدوات البيانات وأنظمة ERP تعتبر ميزة

مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ومتابعة عالية

القدرة على العمل مع عدة أقسام وإدارة الأولويات
