The role is responsible for supervising daily foundry operations, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining high-quality standards, and enforcing HSE compliance across all activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry or metal casting operations, preferably in manufacturing environments. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position. Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, continuous improvement, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Certifications in foundry technology, production management, or quality control will be considered an advantage.
