Position Overview:
The Client & Partnership Coordinator supports the Head of Brand Partnership and Sales in managing client relationships, developing partnerships, and coordinating sales initiatives. This role combines administrative support, communication, research, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management Support:
Assist in managing client portfolios and ensuring satisfaction.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports.
Respond to client inquiries and maintain CRM records.

Partnership Development & Sales Support:
Conduct market research and identify opportunities.
Support outreach and schedule meetings.
Assist in agreements and track sales performance.

Project Coordination & Administration:
Coordinate resources and vendors.
Manage timelines and deliverables.
Handle documentation, contracts, and reports.

Marketing & Communication Support:
Support marketing materials and presentations.
Assist in content creation for communication channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Technical: CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
Experience: 1–3 years in client relations or sales support.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator supports daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution. Ideal for fresh graduates interested in operations and coordination.

Responsibilities:

Operations Planning & Support:
Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities.
Support schedules, task lists, and workflow planning.
Coordinate resources and materials.

Internal Coordination:
Communicate with teams for smooth execution.
Track operational requests and ensure completion.
Support interdepartmental coordination.

Operational Support Assistance:
