1. HSE Trainer / Assessor (Ref: STI/HSE/L1)

As an HSE Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering critical safety education that saves lives. This role requires high-level professional expertise in Human Resources development and safety standards. You will play a vital role in enhancing the health insurance and safety culture within major corporate environments in Oman.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be an Omani National with a valid work contract eligibility.
• Holder of a Bachelor degree in HSE or a related technical discipline.
• Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH IGC, UK NVQ Level 3 or 4, or Highfield Certification.
• Possess a certified Train the Trainer certificate to ensure pedagogical quality.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in specialized HSE training and assessment.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Hindi to cater to a diverse workforce.

2. Defensive Driving Trainer / Assessor (Ref: STI/DDT)

Join us as a Defensive Driving Trainer to lead professional experiences in road safety. This position is essential for large-scale logistics companies, requiring trainers who can handle Light and Heavy Vehicles training programs with precision and career growth potential.

الشروط والمهارات المطلوبة:

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم عماني الجنسية (تعمين).
• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• شهادات تخصصية: NEBOSH IGC، أو NVQ المستوى 3 أو 4، أو شهادة Highfield.
• امتلاك شهادة تدريب المدربين (Train the Trainer) المعتمدة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في تقديم برامج التدريب والتقييم في السلامة.
• القدرة على التدريب باللغات العربية والإنجليزية والهندية لضمان شمولية التدريب.

2. مدرب / مقيم قيادة وقائية (Defensive Driving) - مرجع: STI/DDT

مطلوب عاجلاً مدربين متخصصين في القيادة الوقائية للمركبات الخفيفة والثقيلة. هذه الوظيفة توفر بدلات سكن وميزات إضافية للمتميزين، وتتطلب القدرة على التنقل بين مواقع العملاء لتقديم استشارات مهنية وتدريبات عملية ترفع من كفاءة السائقين وسلامة الأصول.

الشروط والمهارات المطلوبة:

• الوظيفة مخصصة لـ المواطنين العمانيين فقط لتعزيز الكوادر الوطنية.
• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص مع خلفية قوية في السلامة المرورية.
• الإلمام التام بدورات H2S وHSE Orientation والقيادة الوقائية المتقدمة.
• الأولوية للحاصلين على اعتماد وزارة العمل (MOL) واعتماد أوبال (OPAL).
• الاستعداد التام للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً والتنقل الميداني في مختلف مناطق السلطنة.
