We Are Hiring

Senior BMS Engineer – Projects & Commissioning

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BMS project execution from design through commissioning and handover.

Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors for timely project delivery.

Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.

Oversee installation, system integration (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, security, IoT), and testing & commissioning.

Ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Act as the main contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in BMS project execution and subcontractor management.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

نبحث عن مهندس BMS ماهر وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع أنظمة إدارة المباني من مرحلة التصميم حتى التشغيل والتسليم.

• إدارة وتنسيق عدد من المقاولين الفرعيين لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.

• مراجعة واعتماد المستندات الفنية، ورسومات الورشة، ومنهجيات العمل.

• الإشراف على أعمال التركيب، وتكامل الأنظمة (HVAC، الإضاءة، إنذار الحريق، الأمن، إنترنت الأشياء)، إضافة إلى الاختبارات والتشغيل.

• ضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة.

• العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية مع العملاء والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.

• تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد للمهندسين المبتدئين وفرق الموقع.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الإلكترونيات.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع BMS وإدارة المقاولين الفرعيين.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
