About the company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze projects, technical documentation, plans, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bids.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand technical requirements and identify relevant aspects influencing the offer.
- Determine required equipment, materials, and resources according to project specifications.
- Estimate labor costs accurately for competitive and precise offers.
- Communicate with suppliers of electrical equipment and materials to obtain offers and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Junior Site Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly commercial site reports including timesheets, progress reports, invoices, debit notes, and site cash records.
- Manage and organize all construction-related documentation such as contracts, permits, and project plans.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for the Site Commercial Manager.
- Monitor and manage project expenses including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Provide administrative support to the site team as needed.
- Supervise office clerks, document controllers, camp in-charges, and storekeepers.
- Support the Accounting Department with monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
Project Manager - Roads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years in road/highway construction with at least 5 years in project management.
- Proven track record managing large infrastructure projects with significant budgets.
- Experience in international infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent software.
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and quality control.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and procurement practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an asset.
Senior Construction Manager – Earthworks (Dam Construction)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 12+ years of heavy civil engineering experience including 7+ years managing dam earthworks or major earthworks projects.
- Strong knowledge of embankment dam construction, geotechnical principles, heavy plant operations, and earthworks QA/QC.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on international hydropower or dam projects.
- Familiarity with ICOLD, FIDIC, and donor agency standards (ADB, World Bank).
- Training or certification in ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems.
Senior Construction Manager – Concrete (Dam Construction)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
- 10–15+ years of experience in dam construction or large water-retaining structures.
- Expertise in mass concrete, RCC dams, thermal control systems, and large-scale concrete operations.
- Knowledge of international standards (ACI, AASHTO, ASTM, EN, ICOLD).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Chartered Engineer (CEng/PE).
- Experience with hydropower structures, spillways, headrace tunnels, and large foundations.
