Legal Counsel
About the Job
The Legal Counsel will provide support and, in some cases, lead the review and drafting of Vodafone Oman contracts focusing on commercial, labor laws, and TRA regulations. The role holder will also contribute to shaping the legal strategy of Vodafone Oman.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
- Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget results with approval from Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Director.
- Report on key operational and substantive metrics.
- Identify and implement legal department and company tools to streamline practices, including managing design, rollout, and training for new systems such as AI tools.
Platform Lead
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
- Restore all critical incidents impacting or degrading Vodafone Oman services as quickly as possible, maintaining maximum network and service availability.
- Manage unplanned interruptions and disruptions to Vodafone IT, network, and services.
- Ensure proper service, functional, and regression testing of all releases and changes in lower environments before production deployment.
- Follow CI/CD & GitOPS processes for all releases and changes.
- Maximize OSS tool capabilities and use small, scripted automations for efficient operations.
- Ensure proper vendor and supplier engagement for seamless service delivery through stringent governance.
- Lead a team of technical subject matter experts from each platform domain.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- Uses research and data analysis to identify changes in the operating environment impacting service, customer, and business.
- Translates data into insights to identify opportunities and highlight threats to the business.
- Ability to work independently with prior knowledge of managing, escalating, and resolving telecom and IT technology issues in a management service context.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استعادة جميع الحوادث الحرجة التي تؤثر على خدمات فودافون عمان أو تقلل من جودتها بأسرع وقت ممكن والحفاظ على أقصى مستوى من توافر الشبكة والخدمة.
- إدارة الانقطاعات والتوقفات غير المخطط لها في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والشبكة والخدمات.
- ضمان إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية والاختبارات التراجعية لجميع الإصدارات والتغييرات في البيئة التجريبية قبل النشر في الإنتاج.
- ضمان اتباع CI/CD وGitOPS لجميع الإصدارات والتغييرات.
- الاستفادة القصوى من قدرات أدوات OSS والأتمتة النصية الصغيرة لتشغيل فعال وكفء.
- ضمان المشاركة المناسبة مع الموردين والبائعين لتقديم الخدمة بسلاسة وفق حوكمة صارمة.
- قيادة فريق من الخبراء الفنيين من كل مجال منصة.
المؤهلات والكفاءات:
- استخدام مجموعة متنوعة من تقنيات البحث وتحليل البيانات لتحديد التغيرات في بيئة التشغيل التي تؤثر مباشرة على الخدمة والعملاء والأعمال.
- ترجمة البيانات إلى رؤى تحدد الفرص وتبرز التهديدات للأعمال.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ومعرفة مسبقة بكيفية إدارة وتصعيد وحل قضايا تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في سياق إدارة الخدمة.
