IT System Administrator – SYNERGIES OMAN

Role Description:

Responsible for maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and system applications. Ensures system performance, availability, security, and optimization while managing user access, backups, and system maintenance. Supports daily IT operations, implements system improvements, and ensures business continuity through effective monitoring and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of servers, networks (LAN/WAN), system security, backup/recovery, and ERP systems, particularly Odoo.

- Familiarity with operating systems, monitoring tools, and scripting.

Business Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.

- Hands-on experience with server management, Active Directory, data center operations, and system monitoring.

- Experience in troubleshooting, system optimization, and IT infrastructure support.

- Hands-on experience with ERP and MES.
