About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack (.NET + Angular) to design and deliver modern, scalable enterprise applications. Lead technical development across the full software lifecycle, drive architecture standards, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery using modern .NET and Angular technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET 8/9, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Design scalable solutions using Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Dependency Injection.
- Define coding standards, engineering practices, and deployment specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to improve quality and performance.
Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (.NET + Angular)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (preferably .NET 8/9).
- Proven experience building modular, maintainable enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Angular (v14+), including standalone components, services, and custom directives.
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Bonus: Exposure to NgRx, Nx monorepos, or context-aware/intelligent systems.
Tech Lead – Java
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of assigned modules ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on leadership during system design, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with Software Architects to align solutions with architectural frameworks and standards.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve technical capability and engineering quality.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and security.
Development & Implementation:
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
- Lead frontend development using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and security best practices.
- Drive agile delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
