Job Summary

Plan the routine production activities at the manufacturing facility to ensure that all products are manufactured meeting the quality and project requirements. Supervise production stations to ensure resource and efficiency optimization, minimize raw material waste, and ensure full adherence to quality.

Support the development and management of production schedules to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders. Monitor capacity utilization, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflow to meet delivery commitments. Manage and develop the production team via continuous training and skill upgrading programs. Support Quality Control and Engineering teams for various product development projects and testing trials. Confer with management to stay on budget and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Production Engineering

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor capacity utilization, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows.
• Provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams.
• Interpret technical drawings and guide shop floor execution.
• Maintain accurate production records and ERP system updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, and safety standards.
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and develop production personnel.

ملخص الوظيفة:
تخطيط الأنشطة الإنتاجية الروتينية في منشأة التصنيع لضمان تصنيع جميع المنتجات بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الجودة والمشروع. الإشراف على محطات الإنتاج لضمان تحسين استخدام الموارد والكفاءة، وتقليل هدر المواد الخام، وضمان الالتزام الكامل بمعايير الجودة.

دعم تطوير وإدارة جداول الإنتاج لضمان تنفيذ أوامر التصنيع في الوقت المحدد. مراقبة استخدام الطاقة الإنتاجية، تحديد الاختناقات، وتحسين سير العمل لتلبية التزامات التسليم. إدارة وتطوير فريق الإنتاج من خلال برامج تدريبية مستمرة وتطوير المهارات. دعم فرق مراقبة الجودة والهندسة لمشاريع تطوير المنتجات المختلفة وإجراء تجارب الاختبار. التعاون مع الإدارة للبقاء ضمن الميزانية وتحقيق مواعيد الإنتاج.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- تطوير وإدارة جداول الإنتاج لتلبية مواعيد التسليم.

- تقديم الدعم الهندسي لفرق الإنتاج والصيانة.
- تفسير الرسومات الفنية وتوجيه التنفيذ على أرضية المصنع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات إنتاج دقيقة وتحديث نظام ERP.
- إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير API Q1 وISO 9001 ومعايير السلامة.
- إجراء التدقيق الداخلي ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- تدريب وتوجيه وتطوير موظفي الإنتاج.
