Finance Manager
Muscat Gases Company SAOG (MGC) is one of the leading LPG providers in Oman. Established in 1983 in Muscat, the company began operations to supply LPG, with its first production facility launched in 1985 at Rusayl Industrial Estate. Since its inception, MGC has grown steadily through its strong commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering reliable energy solutions.
Job Description
This role provides financial reporting and analysis to support management decisions and strategic planning. It ensures the company's financial health by monitoring costs, sales performance, and financial results against business plans. The position oversees accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting (MIS), and year-end closing, while coordinating with banks and auditors to maintain compliance and financial control.
Education Level - Minimum Requirement
Bachelor's Degree
Professional Qualifications
Chartered Accountant is preferable
Work Experience
Overall experience of 7 years or more with 2 years in a supervisory/management role. Corporate as well as Audit experience.

توفر هذه الوظيفة التقارير والتحليلات المالية لدعم قرارات الإدارة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي. تضمن صحة الشركة المالية من خلال متابعة التكاليف وأداء المبيعات والنتائج المالية مقارنة بخطط العمل. تشمل المسؤوليات الإشراف على عمليات المحاسبة، الميزانية، إعداد التقارير المالية (MIS)، والإغلاق السنوي، مع التنسيق مع البنوك والمدققين لضمان الالتزام والسيطرة المالية.
المؤهلات التعليمية:
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلًا على شهادة المحاسب القانوني (Chartered Accountant)
الخبرة العملية:
- خبرة عامة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات مع سنتين في دور إشرافي/إداري
- خبرة في الشركات والمؤسسات وكذلك في التدقيق
- إدارة مالية، مراقبة التكاليف والمحاسبة
