Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Muscat, Oman – On-site

Role Overview:
The CEO will define and articulate Oman Airports’ overarching vision and regional/global aviation strategy. The role involves leading the development, planning, implementation, and management of comprehensive strategies for Oman’s aviation infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation, planning, and execution of strategies, programmes, and activities related to Oman’s aviation infrastructure.
Forecast passenger and cargo demand, identifying emerging trends in air travel.
Work with the Board of Directors to deliver on Oman Airports’ vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
Oversee smooth and safe airport operations across a vast network.
Collaborate with airlines, government agencies, and stakeholders to optimize efficiency.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with aviation companies and regulators globally.
Provide oversight on contracts with aviation providers.
Assume responsibility for capital and operational budgets.
Ensure compliance with aviation, health, environmental, and social standards.
Lead initiatives to diversify income through non-aeronautical revenue streams.
Oversee and evaluate the performance of all organizational divisions and programmes.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for governmental and community stakeholders.
Support talent management, including attracting, retaining, and developing senior leadership.
Ensure all airport activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Identify and manage operational and reputational risks.
Oversee master plans for airport growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
Must be an Omani national.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Aviation, or Engineering; Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Ideally 20 years of post-graduate professional experience in corporate or infrastructure leadership roles.
Required Skills:
Proven senior leadership experience in roles of comparable scale and scope.
Track record of leading and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience in financial management and developing/implementing financial strategies.

نبذة عن الدور:
يتولى الرئيس التنفيذي وضع وتوضيح الرؤية العامة لشركة مطارات عمان واستراتيجية الطيران الإقليمية والعالمية. ويشمل الدور قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجيات شاملة للبنية التحتية للطيران في عمان، مع ضمان التميز التشغيلي والسلامة والنمو المستدام.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
قيادة وضع الخطط والتنفيذ والأنشطة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية للطيران في عمان.
توقع طلب المسافرين والشحن، وتحديد الاتجاهات الناشئة في السفر الجوي.
العمل مع مجلس الإدارة لتحقيق رؤية ورسالة وأولويات الشركة الاستراتيجية.
الإشراف على عمليات المطارات بسلاسة وسلامة عالية.
التعاون مع شركات الطيران والجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
تطوير الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع شركات الطيران والهيئات التنظيمية على مستوى العالم.
الإشراف على العقود مع مقدمي خدمات الطيران.

ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الطيران والصحة والبيئة والاجتماعية.
قيادة مبادرات تنويع الإيرادات من مصادر غير الطيران.

العمل كمتحدث رسمي مع الجهات الحكومية والمجتمعية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
يجب أن يكون المتقدم مواطن عماني.
شهادة بكالوريوس في الإدارة، المالية، الطيران، أو الهندسة؛ ويفضل الحصول على درجة ماجستير أو مؤهل مهني متقدم.
خبرة مهنية بعد التخرج تصل إلى 20 سنة في مناصب قيادية في الشركات أو المشاريع الكبرى.
المهارات المطلوبة:
خبرة مثبتة في القيادة التنفيذية بمستوى ونطاق مشابه.
سجل ناجح في قيادة وإدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
خبرة في الإدارة المالية وتطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المالية.
