Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to support civil, infrastructure, pipeline, excavation, and asphalt projects. The role involves field surveying, setting out, earthwork quantity calculations, and as-built documentation using modern surveying equipment and AutoCAD. The candidate must be capable of working independently on-site and coordinating with engineers and construction teams across Oman.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Field Surveying & Setting Out

• Conduct field surveys for excavation, pipeline installation, asphalt, and infrastructure works.

• Set out and mark levels, alignments, benchmarks, and construction references according to approved drawings.

• Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors on levels, elevations, and layout control.

2. Survey Equipment Operation

• Operate and manage Total Station, GPS surveying equipment, and other digital instruments.

• Ensure accuracy, calibration, and proper recording of survey data.

3. Drawings, Sections & As-Builts

• Prepare, update, and interpret AutoCAD drawings based on site survey data.

• Produce cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, topographical surveys.

• Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, and as-built documentation.

4. Quantity & Earthworks Support

• Assist with earthwork and cross-section calculations.

• Verify quantities and support material planning.

• Validate designs and control construction progress.

• Support progress measurement and survey-based reporting.

5. QA/QC, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure surveying works comply with project specifications and approved IFC drawings.

• Follow safety, quality, and accuracy standards.

• Adhere to all site HSE procedures during surveying activities.

6. Reporting & Mobility

• Report to Site Engineer / Project Manager.

• Based in Muscat with the flexibility to travel to any project site across Oman.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction surveying.

• Strong experience in infrastructure, pipeline, and earthworks projects.

• Experience in Oman or GCC projects is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Total Station, and GPS surveying systems.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of cross-sections and earthwork calculations is a strong advantage.

Personal & Professional Attributes

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently on active construction sites.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Valid Omani driving license preferred.

ملخص الوظيفة
البحث عن مساح ذو خبرة لدعم مشاريع البنية التحتية، خطوط الأنابيب، الحفر، وأعمال الأسفلت. تشمل المهام المسح الميداني، ضبط المستويات، حساب كميات الأعمال الترابية، وإعداد وثائق As-Built باستخدام أحدث أجهزة المسح وبرنامج AutoCAD. يجب أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على العمل بشكل مستقل والتنسيق مع المهندسين وفرق البناء في جميع أنحاء عمان.

المهام والمسؤوليات

1. المسح الميداني وضبط المستويات

• إجراء مسح ميداني لأعمال الحفر، تركيب الأنابيب، الأسفلت وأعمال البنية التحتية.

• ضبط المستويات، المحاذاة، العلامات المرجعية والمراجع الإنشائية وفق الرسومات المعتمدة.

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين حول المستويات والارتفاعات والتحكم في التخطيط.

2. تشغيل أجهزة المسح

• تشغيل وإدارة أجهزة Total Station، GPS وأجهزة المسح الرقمية الأخرى.

• ضمان الدقة والمعايرة والتسجيل الصحيح للبيانات المساحية.

3. الرسومات، المقطاعات وAs-Built

• إعداد وتحديث وتفسير رسومات AutoCAD استنادًا إلى بيانات المسح الميداني.

• إعداد المقطاعات العرضية والطولية والمسح الطبوغرافي.

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمسح والملاحظات الميدانية والرسومات As-Built.

4. الدعم في الكميات والأعمال الترابية

• المساعدة في حسابات الأعمال الترابية والمقطاعات العرضية.

• التحقق من الكميات ودعم تخطيط المواد.

• التحقق من صحة التصميمات ومراقبة تقدم الأعمال.

• دعم قياس التقدم وإعداد تقارير المسح.

5. ضمان الجودة، السلامة والامتثال

• ضمان التزام أعمال المسح بمواصفات المشروع ورسومات IFC المعتمدة.

• اتباع معايير السلامة والجودة والدقة.

• الالتزام بجميع إجراءات HSE أثناء أنشطة المسح.

6. التقارير والتنقل

• تقديم التقارير إلى مهندس الموقع / مدير المشروع.

• مقر العمل في مسقط مع إمكانية الانتقال لأي موقع مشروع في عمان حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المساحة، الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

متطلبات الخبرة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مسح البناء.

• خبرة قوية في مشاريع البنية التحتية، خطوط الأنابيب والأعمال الترابية.

• خبرة سابقة في مشاريع عمان أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي إلزامية.

المهارات التقنية

• إجادة AutoCAD، Total Station وأنظمة المسح GPS.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.

• معرفة بحسابات المقطاعات والأعمال الترابية ميزة قوية.

المهارات الشخصية والمهنية
