Responsibilities
Accounting: Managing daily financial records, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Operations Oversight: Supervising daily workflow efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating team activities.
Logistics & Transport: Managing fleet operations, optimizing route planning, and ensuring timely delivery and transportation safety.
Compliance: Adhering to company policies and maintaining HSC (Health, Safety & Compliance) standards across all operational levels.
Requirements
Accountant: 3–4 years of professional accounting experience.
Operation Supervisor: 3–4 years of relevant experience with mandatory HSC Certification.
Transportation Supervisor: Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in fleet or logistics management.
General: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

المسؤوليات
المحاسبة: إدارة السجلات المالية اليومية، وصيانة الدفاتر المحاسبية، وضمان دقة التقارير المالية.
الإشراف على العمليات: الإشراف على كفاءة سير العمل اليومي، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة، وتنسيق أنشطة الفريق.
الخدمات اللوجستية والنقل: إدارة عمليات الأسطول، وتحسين تخطيط المسارات، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وسلامة النقل.
الامتثال: الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة والامتثال (HSC) في جميع المستويات التشغيلية.
المتطلبات
محاسب: خبرة مهنية في المحاسبة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات.
مشرف عمليات: خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات مع ضرورة الحصول على شهادة HSC.
مشرف نقل: خبرة واسعة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الأساطيل أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
مهارات عامة: مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.
