Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works and ensure proper installation and safety compliance

• Oversee civil activities including piping work, site coordination, and progress monitoring

• Lead construction teams, assign tasks, and ensure quality execution

• Support project planning and maintain worksite efficiency and safety

Requirements

• Electrical Foreman: Proven experience in electrical site supervision

• Civil Foreman: Experience in civil and piping works is essential

• Civil Supervisor: Strong background in civil construction and team supervision

• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with engineers and project teams

• Must be currently available in Kuwait and ready to join

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على الأعمال الكهربائية وضمان التركيب السليم والالتزام بمعايير السلامة

• الإشراف على الأعمال المدنية بما في ذلك أعمال配iping، التنسيق في الموقع، ومتابعة التقدم

• قيادة فرق العمل وتوزيع المهام وضمان جودة التنفيذ

• دعم التخطيط للمشاريع والمحافظة على كفاءة العمل في الموقع

المتطلبات

• فورمان كهرباء: خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على المواقع الكهربائية

• فورمان مدني: خبرة أساسية في الأعمال المدنية وأعمال配iping

• مشرف مدني: خبرة قوية في البناء المدني وإدارة الفرق

• القدرة على إدارة الأنشطة الميدانية والتنسيق مع المهندسين وفِرق المشاريع

• التواجد داخل الكويت والاستعداد للانضمام فورًا
