Job Overview:
The Finacle Project Manager will lead banking software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with client standards and internal quality processes.
Lead meetings with stakeholders and prepare project reports.
Provide mentorship to project team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking software project management, preferably with Finacle.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
2. Finacle Program Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman (On-site)
Job Overview:
The Finacle Program Manager will oversee multiple projects within a banking software program, aligning strategic objectives with delivery outcomes. This position requires strong leadership, program governance, and risk management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop program plans and monitor overall program performance.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure consistency and adherence to timelines.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and regular program reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience managing IT programs in banking, preferably with Finacle implementations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

يقود مدير مشروع Finacle مشاريع تنفيذ برامج البنوك، مع ضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد ووفق نطاق العمل والميزانية. يشمل الدور التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة والعملاء والموردين لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة مراحل المشروع والتسليمات.
إدارة المخاطر والقضايا والاعتماديات المتعلقة بالمشروع.
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير العميل والعمليات الداخلية للجودة.
قيادة الاجتماعات مع أصحاب المصلحة وإعداد تقارير المشروع.
تقديم التوجيه لأعضاء فريق المشروع وتسهيل تبادل المعرفة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع برمجيات البنوك، ويفضل خبرة مع Finacle.
مهارات قيادية واتصال وحل مشكلات قوية.
شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة.

يشرف مدير برنامج Finacle على عدة مشاريع ضمن برنامج برامج البنوك، ويضمن توافق الأهداف الاستراتيجية مع نتائج التنفيذ. يتطلب الدور مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة البرنامج وإدارة المخاطر.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تطوير خطط البرنامج ومراقبة الأداء العام.
التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والمعايير.
تحديد المخاطر المحتملة ووضع استراتيجيات التخفيف.
تسهيل تفاعل أصحاب المصلحة وإعداد تقارير منتظمة للبرنامج.
قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر مشاريع البرنامج.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة 7+ سنوات في إدارة برامج تكنولوجيا المعلومات في قطاع البنوك، ويفضل مع تنفيذ Finacle.
مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.
مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
