Job Overview:
The Structural Revit Modeler / AutoCAD Draftsperson will be responsible for creating detailed structural models and drawings for RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and Steel structures. The role requires precision, strong technical knowledge, and collaboration with the engineering team to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate structural models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD for RCC and Steel structures.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs meet project specifications.
Review and modify designs based on feedback or technical requirements.
Maintain compliance with structural detailing standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Revit Modeler or Draftsperson.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of structural detailing standards for RCC and Steel.
Currently located in Oman or willing to relocate.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:
يتحمل مهندس Revit / فني الرسم الهندسي مسؤولية إنشاء نماذج ورسومات هيكلية دقيقة للهياكل الخرسانية المسلحة (RCC) والهياكل الفولاذية. يتطلب الدور دقة عالية، معرفة فنية قوية، والتعاون مع الفريق الهندسي لضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تطوير نماذج هيكلية دقيقة باستخدام Autodesk Revit.
إعداد رسومات هيكلية مفصلة باستخدام AutoCAD للهياكل الخرسانية والفولاذية.
التعاون مع الفريق الهندسي لضمان تلبية التصاميم لمتطلبات المشروع.
مراجعة وتعديل التصاميم بناءً على الملاحظات أو المتطلبات الفنية.
الالتزام بمعايير التفاصيل الإنشائية وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
خبرة مثبتة من 3 – 5 سنوات كمهندس نمذجة Revit أو فني رسم هندسي.
إتقان برنامج Autodesk Revit وAutoCAD إلزامي.
معرفة قوية بمعايير التفاصيل الإنشائية للهياكل الخرسانية والفولاذية.
الإقامة الحالية في عمان أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.
