Associate – Investment
Details
You will be responsible for managing investment evaluations for assigned real estate projects, from initial assessment through internal approvals, preparing and analyzing financial models and investment cases, supporting investment decision-making, and engaging with developers and investors to ensure alignment with commercial, financial, and strategic objectives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, development, feasibility analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, FMVA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with real estate feasibility and modeling software (e.g., ARGUS Estate Master) is an advantage.
-
Preferably Omani.

ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة تقييم الاستثمارات للمشاريع العقارية المعينة، بدءًا من التقييم الأولي مرورًا بالموافقات الداخلية، مع إعداد وتحليل النماذج المالية وحالات الاستثمار، ودعم عملية اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري، والتفاعل مع المطورين والمستثمرين لضمان توافق الأهداف التجارية والمالية والاستراتيجية.
الشروط

درجة البكالوريوس في التمويل أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الاستثمار العقاري، التطوير، تحليل الجدوى، التمويل المؤسسي، أو مجال مشابه.

يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CFA، CAIA، FMVA أو ما يعادلها.
-
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وإتقان اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
-
إتقان برامج MS Office وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint.
-
خبرة في برامج الجدوى والنمذجة العقارية (مثل ARGUS Estate Master) ميزة إضافية.
-
يفضل أن يكون المتقدم عمانيًا.
