AirSeal Product Manager

Details

You will be responsible for EMEA product growth and commercialization within the Advanced Surgical portfolio, focusing on Airseal & Access products. This role involves product management, product launches, sales collateral development, surgeon and customer education, sales support, key opinion leader development, and market data analysis. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and Global teams to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales within the medical device industry.

• Strong knowledge of surgery; laparoscopic or robotic experience preferred.

• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and execute projects within timelines and budgets.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and physicians.

• Knowledge of relevant anatomy, surgical procedures, and clinical needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI, and social media; other European languages a plus.

• Candidates must reside in an EMEA country where CONMED has a legal entity (Austria, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Finland, UK, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden) with the right to work there.

• القدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وتنفيذ المشاريع ضمن الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات.

• مهارات تنظيمية واتصال ممتازة.

• القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع فرق المبيعات والأطباء.

• معرفة بالتشريح والإجراءات الجراحية والاحتياجات السريرية.

• إجادة برامج Microsoft Office، والذكاء الاصطناعي، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي؛ لغات أوروبية أخرى ميزة إضافية.

• يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في دولة ضمن منطقة EMEA حيث لدى CONMED كيان قانوني، ويملك الحق في العمل هناك.
