Clinical Specialist
Details
You will be responsible for supporting hospitals and medical professionals by presenting medical products, providing technical explanations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and logistics functions.
Responsibilities
Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and explain how specific products can meet clinical requirements. Present product features and technical details to physicians and nurses in surgical settings, based on solid understanding of product capabilities and limitations. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales contracts and order forms for new hospitals. Provide customers with product catalogues and assist in organizing conferences, seminars, and training workshops for physicians and medical staff. Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products and activities. Perform administrative duties including preparing sales budgets and reports for the Sales Supervisor and Operations department. Visit hospitals to promote new products and follow up on requests and orders. Update reports on potential product adoption and issues in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. Coordinate with the warehouse to check stock levels and arrange product reordering when required. Organize and direct product deliveries to hospitals and clinics. Assist in preparing promotional materials and premium items.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience working in a technical or clinical-related role. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff. Good organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.

التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد لفهم احتياجاتهم وشرح كيفية تلبية هذه الاحتياجات من خلال المنتجات المناسبة. عرض خصائص المنتجات للأطباء والممرضين داخل غرف العمليات بناءً على معرفة تقنية دقيقة بإمكانات المنتجات وحدودها. الحفاظ على سجلات العملاء وإعداد عقود المبيعات ونماذج الطلبات للمستشفيات الجديدة. تزويد العملاء بكتيبات المنتجات والمشاركة في تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات وورش التدريب للأطباء والكوادر الطبية. متابعة أوضاع السوق ومنتجات وأنشطة المنافسين. تنفيذ المهام الإدارية مثل إعداد ميزانيات وتقارير المبيعات ورفعها إلى مشرف المبيعات وقسم العمليات. زيارة المستشفيات للترويج للمنتجات الجديدة ومتابعة الطلبات والاستفسارات. تحديث تقارير فرص اعتماد المنتجات والمشكلات بالتنسيق مع مشرف المبيعات. التنسيق مع المستودع لمتابعة مستويات المخزون وإعادة الطلب عند الحاجة. ترتيب وتوجيه عمليات توصيل المنتجات إلى المستشفيات والعيادات. المساعدة في إعداد المواد الترويجية والهدايا الدعائية.
الشروط
خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في العمل بدور تقني أو سريري ذي صلة. مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل المهني مع الأطباء والممرضين وإدارات المستشفيات. مهارات تنظيمية وإعداد تقارير جيدة مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
