• A PhD in Business, Management, or a related discipline from a recognised university (mandatory)

Requirements

We are looking for talented and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Project Manager

   • Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering (4-year program)

   • Minimum 15 years of experience in pipe laying, road, and infrastructure projects

2. Project Engineer / Construction Manager / Deputy Project Manager

   • Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering (4-year program)

   • Minimum 10 years of experience in pipe laying, road, and infrastructure projects

3. Planning Engineer

   • Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering (4-year program)

   • Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and monitoring pipe laying, road, and infrastructure projects

   • Skilled in preparing monthly progress reports, interim bar charts, and resource statements for project meetings

   • Proficient in Primavera software (site-based position)

4. Material & QA/QC Engineer

   • Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering (4-year program)

   • Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least one project worth over OMR 5 million

   • Strong understanding of material specifications, lab testing, and quality control procedures

5. Senior Quantity Surveyor

   • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

   • 7–10 years of experience in civil/building/MEP projects

   • Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and contract management

   • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software

6. General Quantity Surveyor

   • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

   • 3–7 years of experience in construction projects

   • Strong analytical and communication skills

   • Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software

• Manage, execute, and monitor construction and infrastructure projects efficiently

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards

   • مهارة في إعداد تقارير التقدم الشهرية، المخططات الزمنية، وبيانات الموارد للمشاريع

   • إجادة استخدام برنامج Primavera (الوظيفة في موقع المشروع)

4. مهندس مواد وضمان جودة (Material & QA/QC Engineer)

   • بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية (برنامج 4 سنوات)

   • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، منها مشروع واحد على الأقل تزيد قيمته عن 5 ملايين ريال عماني

   • معرفة ممتازة بمتطلبات المواصفات الفنية للمواد وضبط الجودة

5. مسّاح كميات أول (Senior Quantity Surveyor)

   • بكالوريوس في مسح الكميات أو مجال ذي صلة

   • خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع البناء أو الميكانيك أو الكهرباء

   • معرفة قوية بشروط العقود الدولية FIDIC وإدارة العقود

   • إجادة MS Excel، AutoCAD، وبرامج QS

6. مسّاح كميات عام (General Quantity Surveyor)

   • بكالوريوس في مسح الكميات أو مجال مشابه

   • خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في مشاريع البناء

   • مهارات تحليل وتواصل قوية

   • إجادة MS Office وبرامج مسح الكميات

• إدارة وتنفيذ ومتابعة مشاريع البنية التحتية بكفاءة
