- Majan University College (MUC) is a subsidiary of Human Investment LLC, an Oman-based company, whose registered address is PO Box 710, Postal Code 112, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The College was the first private sector higher education institution in the country when it opened in 1995 under its previous name, the College of Administrative Sciences, and has continued to be at the forefront of higher education in the Sultanate ever since. MUC achieved institutional accreditation from the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority (OAAA), maintaining its reputation as a trailblazer by being the first higher education institution in the country to do so. The College was also, in September 2024, the first HEI in Oman to achieve reaccreditation by the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQA).

Head of Faculty - Business Management
Candidates must have:
- A PhD in Business, Management, or a related discipline from a recognised university (mandatory)
- Proven academic leadership and administrative experience in higher education
- Strong research and publication record in reputable journals
- Demonstrated success in programme development, accreditation, and quality assurance
- Active engagement with industry partnerships, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Excellent strategic planning, staff mentoring, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor
We require academic staff in the grade of Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor in:
- Digital Marketing
- Business/Data Analytics
- Finance and Technology (FinTech)
- Finance/Accounting/Banking and Islamic Finance
Candidates must have
- Masters degree (PhD preferred) in the relevant discipline from a recognised university
- At least 3 years’ experience in a reputed Higher Education Institution
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with recent developments in educational technology
- Excellent classroom interaction skills and interest in innovative pedagogy
- Internationally intelligible pronunciation
- Excellent research publications record
