Product Specialist

Job Title:

• 1. Product Specialist – Cardiology
• 2. Product Specialist - Ortho Department

Location: Oman

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Specialist to support our Cardiology and Orthopedic product portfolios in Oman. 
• The successful candidate will serve as the primary link between healthcare providers, and internal departments, ensuring effective product promotion, clinical support, and customer satisfaction across hospitals and medical centers in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Assist physicians and operating room staff in the correct usage of products.
• Train hospital staff on product features, handling, and maintenance.
• Support sales team in identifying and developing business opportunities in cardiology and orthopaedic departments across private and government healthcare institutions.
• Conduct product presentations, trials, and workshops for physicians and procurement teams.
• Assist in tender submissions, product evaluations, and regulatory documentation.
• Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, cardiologists, and biomedical engineers.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback and technical issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and deliver high-quality after-sales service.
• Deliver product training for internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global or regional teams for product updates, marketing materials, and training resources.
• Submit regular reports to management on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a product specialist, clinical support, or sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry in Oman.
• Strong understanding of cardiology and orthopedic procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO750.000 - RO900.000 per month

أخصائي المنتجات

مسمى وظيفي:

• 1. أخصائي منتجات - أمراض القلب
• 2. أخصائي منتجات - قسم العظام

الموقع: عُمان

• نحن نبحث عن أخصائي منتجات ماهر وذو دافع لدعم محفظة منتجات أمراض القلب والعظام لدينا في عمان. 
• سيعمل المرشح الناجح كحلقة وصل أساسية بين مقدمي الرعاية الصحية والأقسام الداخلية، مما يضمن الترويج الفعال للمنتج والدعم السريري ورضا العملاء عبر المستشفيات والمراكز الطبية في سلطنة عمان.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• توفير المعرفة العميقة بالمنتج والدعم السريري أثناء العمليات الجراحية.
• مساعدة الأطباء وموظفي غرفة العمليات في الاستخدام الصحيح للمنتجات.
• تدريب موظفي المستشفى على ميزات المنتج والتعامل معه وصيانته.
• دعم فريق المبيعات في تحديد وتطوير فرص العمل في أقسام أمراض القلب والعظام عبر مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية الخاصة والحكومية.
• إجراء عروض المنتجات والتجارب وورش العمل للأطباء وفرق المشتريات.
• المساعدة في تقديم العطاءات وتقييم المنتجات والتوثيق التنظيمي.
• تطوير علاقات قوية مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين (KOLs)، والجراحين، وأطباء القلب، ومهندسي الطب الحيوي.
• العمل كنقطة الاتصال الأولى لتعليقات العملاء والمشكلات الفنية.
• ضمان المتابعة في الوقت المناسب مع العملاء وتقديم خدمة ما بعد البيع عالية الجودة.
• تقديم تدريب على المنتج لفرق المبيعات الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
• التنسيق مع الفرق العالمية أو الإقليمية فيما يتعلق بتحديثات المنتج ومواد التسويق وموارد التدريب.
• إرسال تقارير منتظمة إلى الإدارة حول أداء المبيعات ونشاط المنافسين واتجاهات السوق.

متطلبات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• 1-2 سنة خبرة في مجال متخصص في المنتجات أو الدعم السريري أو المبيعات ضمن قطاع الأجهزة الطبية أو الرعاية الصحية في عُمان.
• فهم قوي لأمراض القلب والإجراءات الجراحية العظام.

الراتب: 750.000 ريال عماني - 900.000 ريال عماني شهريًا
