As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us, so you need to be friendly, observant, and able to provide the right support.
Being a member of the cabin crew is much more than a service role — safety is our highest priority. You’ll need to lead confidently and take control when managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. This comes from the world-class learning experience our crew receive at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.
Qualifications & Experience
We look for candidates who meet the following criteria:

More than one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.

Positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, interacting with people from many cultures.

Minimum qualification: high school graduate (Grade 12).

Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Minimum height of 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.

No visible tattoos while wearing Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Based in Dubai and able to meet UAE employment visa requirements.

المؤهلات والخبرة
نبحث عن مرشحين يستوفون المعايير التالية:

خبرة تزيد عن سنة واحدة في مجال الضيافة أو خدمة العملاء.

موقف إيجابي وقدرة طبيعية على تقديم خدمة ممتازة ضمن فريق، والتعامل مع أشخاص من ثقافات متعددة.

المؤهل الأدنى: شهادة الثانوية العامة (Grade 12).

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة؛ وإجادة لغة إضافية ميزة.
-
الحد الأدنى للطول 160 سم، والقدرة على الوصول إلى 212 سم عند الوقوف على أطراف الأصابع للوصول إلى معدات الطوارئ في جميع أنواع الطائرات.
