Project Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction in Civil & Mechanical tenders, Quantity Surveying, and related activities in Downstream and Upstream projects.

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.

• Support tender preparation and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project estimation within the oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors in GCC.

• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and tendering procedures.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

مقدر مشاريع – Project Estimator

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد تقديرات تكلفة مفصلة لأعمال البناء في المناقصات المدنية والميكانيكية، ومسح الكميات، وما إلى ذلك، في مشاريع الـ Downstream و Upstream.

• مراجعة وتحليل الرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشاريع.

• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع.

• إعداد العطاءات وتطوير المقترحات.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تقدير المشاريع ضمن قطاعات البناء أو النفط أو الصناعات في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

• فهم قوي لإعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ)، تحليل التكاليف، وإجراءات المناقصات.

• مهارات تحليلية واتصال وتنظيم ممتازة.
