📋 What is Pre-Employment Screening (PES)?
Pre-Employment Screening is the process of verifying relevant applicant information for accuracy while adhering to applicable data protection laws and other legal frameworks.
Generally, PES is conducted only for applicants applying for positions involving highly confidential duties or significant personal and/or financial responsibilities. However, in certain special cases, parts of the PES checks and measures may also be required for other applicants.
