Roles & Responsibilities
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
-
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings and designs.

Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation
-
Determine required quantities of materials, labor, and equipment.

Prepare BOQs for submission and procurement.
Tender & Procurement Support
-
Assist in preparing tender documents.
-
Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
Contract Management
-
Draft and review contracts, amendments, and claims.
-
Ensure all parties meet contractual obligations.
Cost Monitoring & Reporting
-
Track project costs against budget.
-
Prepare periodic financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow analysis.
Value Engineering
-
Suggest cost-effective construction methods and material alternatives.
-
Optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
Final Account & Project Closure

Reconcile costs and settle final accounts.

Conduct post-project cost analysis.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in civil, commercial, and industrial buildings.
