🔹 Special Requirements

1. Designing in Photoshop/Illustrator or any other platform

2. Photography & Videography

3. Posting on social media, creating brochures, WhatsApp content, and website updates

4. Preferably Omani

🔹 Key Responsibilities

SEO & Web Designing

• Designing & optimizing the company’s web pages

• Conduct keyword research and optimize advertising campaigns on digital platforms

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Implement strategies to improve website performance and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and implement content strategies, create engaging blog posts, website copy, landing pages, and social media updates

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content marketing

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn accounts, create engaging content, and monitor engagement

Email Marketing

• Develop and execute email campaigns to build customer loyalty

Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify new digital opportunities and stay updated on trends

Budget Management

• Monitor and manage marketing campaign budgets and media spend

Collaboration

• Work with internal teams (sales, content, design) on ongoing projects including photography

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Proven experience in digital marketing

• Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creativity, proactive work ethic, and attention to detail

• Driver’s license and own car

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

إدارة الحملات

• تخطيط وتنفيذ وتحسين حملات التسويق الرقمي عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، البريد الإلكتروني، وتسويق المحتوى

• إدارة حسابات إنستغرام، فيسبوك، واتساب، ولينكد إن، وإنشاء محتوى جذاب، ورصد التفاعل

بحوث السوق

• إجراء بحوث السوق لاكتشاف فرص رقمية جديدة والبقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات السوق

إدارة الميزانية

• مراقبة وإدارة ميزانيات الحملات التسويقية وإنفاق الوسائط

التعاون

• العمل مع الفرق الداخلية (المبيعات، المحتوى، التصميم) في المشاريع المستمرة بما في ذلك التصوير

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التسويق، الاتصالات، الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة مثبتة في التسويق الرقمي

• إجادة أدوات تحليلات الويب مثل Google Analytics

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي

• الإبداع، المبادرة، والدقة في العمل

• رخصة قيادة وامتلاك سيارة

• الاستعداد للسفر لحضور اجتماعات العملاء والفعاليات
