🛠 About the Role: Technical Guidance and HSSE Leadership

Lead the provision of technical and HSSE management support and leadership to the Plant and all employees, ensuring effective execution of activities.

This role focuses on risk assessments, HSSE performance reporting, and emergency preparedness to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments and task reviews of key plant activities to identify and prevent potential HSSE hazards that could cause significant losses.

• Report HSSE metrics and performance to the HSE Country and Regional Manager timely and efficiently.

• Conduct regular meetings with HSSE personnel at regional and corporate levels and prepare reports on HSSE management and plant performance to prioritize actions and escalate issues for resolution.

• Guide the development and implementation of HSSE campaigns onsite to promote a strong HSSE culture among employees and contractors.

• Manage execution of emergency drill scenarios and site emergency mock drills to ensure readiness, while proposing continuous improvement recommendations.
