Job Overview

MPH Global Services is seeking a highly qualified EIT Superintendent for one of its leading oil & gas clients. The selected candidate will oversee the construction, installation, and testing of Electrical & Instrumentation systems, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures in all site activities.

• Execute work following company policies, values, laws, and international standards.

• Maintain confidentiality of all project-related information.

• Review and monitor availability of drawings, specifications, tools, and materials.

• Approve and review method statements within area of expertise.

• Ensure E&I materials and certifications comply with project requirements and specifications.

• Oversee site engineering and liaise with detail engineering specialists, including telecoms.

• Supervise fabrication and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems according to approved drawings.

• Verify that installations meet project codes, safety rules, and technical standards.

• Provide technical guidance for resolving technical queries (TQs) or design modifications.

• Monitor contractor progress reports and ensure alignment with construction schedules.

• Report deviations and propose corrective measures.

• Ensure contractor teams have the required training and competence.

• Identify and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

• Review manufacturing and as-built documentation to ensure completeness.

• Coordinate with pre-commissioning and commissioning teams to ensure proper project handover.

• Manage interface with other disciplines including Structural, Process, HVAC, and HSE.

• Ensure full compliance with the Permit to Work system and ICAPS registration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent).

• Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore oil & gas piping fabrication projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in fixed platforms (topside and/or jacket).

• Familiarity with TotalEnergies General Specifications and international standards.

• Experience with ATEX / EEHA certification and systems.

• Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

• Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role.

• Willingness to travel and participate in technical missions worldwide.

• تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد في حال وجود استفسارات أو تعديلات هندسية.

• متابعة تقارير تقدم المقاولين وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

• الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات واقتراح الحلول التصحيحية.

• التأكد من أن فرق العمل مؤهلة ومدرّبة على إجراءات السلامة.

• متابعة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وضمان إغلاقها.

• مراجعة وثائق التصنيع والرسومات النهائية (As-built) وتسليمها للفريق المختص.

• التنسيق مع فرق ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل لضمان تسليم المشروع بالكامل.

• التعاون مع التخصصات الأخرى (الإنشائية، الميكانيكية، التكييف، السلامة).

• ضمان تنفيذ نظام تصاريح العمل (Permit to Work) وفق المعايير.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التشييد.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مشاريع النفط والغاز البحرية (offshore).

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المنصات الثابتة (topside أو jacket).

• معرفة جيدة بمعايير TotalEnergies والمواصفات الدولية.

• خبرة في أنظمة ATEX / EEHA.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والعمل الجماعي.
