Sr. Process Engineer

Skills Required

• -Bachelor's degree in chemical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
•  -Bachelor's degree in chemical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field. 
• -The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
•  -Proficiency in process engineering software applications and modelling.

Other Job Details

• -Develop and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for oil and gas facilities.
•  -Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction. 
• -Conduct simulations and modelling to optimize process parameters, equipment sizing, and performance.
•  -Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
•  -Evaluate the performance and integrity of equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and separators. ↚    
• -Conduct technical studies and analyses to troubleshoot process issues and propose solutions. 
• -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of process equipment and systems.

•  -Implement and maintain process safety management systems. 
• -Conduct hazard and risk assessments, including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies. 
• -Identify and mitigate process safety risks to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel and assets. 
• -Comply with environmental regulations and develop strategies for waste management and emissions reduction.
•  -Participate in project teams and provide technical expertise during the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
•  -Develop project specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for process-related activities.
•  -Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. -Prepare technical reports, engineering documents, and operating procedures. 
• -Maintain accurate records of process data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• -Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding process-related issues, improvements, and recommendations.

Maintenance and Asset Engineer

Job Description

• The Maintenance and Asset Engineer is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies to ensure reliability, integrity, and availability of equipment and infrastructure in oil and gas operations.
•  The role also involves asset management to maximize operational performance, extend asset life, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Skills Required

• >Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.
•  >Minimum 7 years of work experience in oil and gas production or operations industry. 
• >Minimum 4 years of work experience in field Maintenance execution /shutdown planning & scheduling. 
• >Familiar with international standards: ASME, API, IEC, ISO, etc.
•  >Understanding of HSE practices in hazardous environments (e.g., ATEX, H2S). 
• >Knowledge in shutdown management system, CMMS work order management, master data management, load leveling, material management and KPIs.
•  >Thorough technical knowledge of various oil & gas industry equipment and services to deliver maintenance work packages.

مهندس عمليات أول

المهارات المطلوبة

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو التصنيع أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
•  - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو التصنيع أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة. 
• - يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز.
•  - الكفاءة في تطبيقات برامج هندسة العمليات والنمذجة.

تفاصيل الوظيفة الأخرى

• -تطوير وتحسين مخططات تدفق العمليات (PFDs) ومخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) لمرافق النفط والغاز.

مهندس الصيانة والأصول

المسمى الوظيفي

• مهندس الصيانة والأصول مسؤول عن التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة والتحسين المستمر لاستراتيجيات الصيانة لضمان موثوقية وسلامة وتوافر المعدات والبنية التحتية في عمليات النفط والغاز.
•  ويشمل الدور أيضًا إدارة الأصول لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الأداء التشغيلي، وإطالة عمر الأصول، والامتثال لمعايير السلامة والتنظيم.

المهارات المطلوبة

• >درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصيانة.
•  >خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في صناعة إنتاج أو تشغيل النفط والغاز. 
• >خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ الصيانة الميدانية / تخطيط و جدولة الإغلاق.

•  >فهم ممارسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في البيئات الخطرة (على سبيل المثال، ATEX، H2S). 
• >المعرفة بنظام إدارة الإغلاق، وإدارة أوامر العمل CMMS، وإدارة البيانات الرئيسية، وتسوية الحمل، وإدارة المواد ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
