Role Overview

The Oracle Fusion Principal Consultant – Finance is a key strategic player responsible for delivering comprehensive Oracle Cloud Financials solutions. This includes leading implementations across critical modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Management, and advanced systems like AGIS, RMCS, and Lease Management. The role demands strong functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex financial needs into effective Oracle configurations and integrations.

Key Modules Expertise

• Core Financials: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM)

• Advanced Modules: AGIS (Advanced Global Intercompany System), RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service), Lease Management, Oracle Fusion Risk Management Cloud Service

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and provide ongoing support

• Conduct requirement gathering, CRP workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

• Deliver expert functional guidance and enforce Oracle best practices

• Customize Oracle Fusion applications to align with business needs

• Integrate Fusion applications with external systems using REST APIs and SOAP

• Support quarterly system updates, change management, and adoption of new features

• Collaborate with technical teams for troubleshooting and development

• Manage UAT, training, and post-production support
