الأدوار والمسؤوليات

إدارة وتوجيه المشروع

• مسؤول عن التوجيه العام والتنسيق والتنفيذ والتحكم وإكمال المشاريع مع ضمان التوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة وأهدافها.

• بناء وتطوير علاقات تجارية حيوية لنجاح المشروع.

• تقديم تقارير مباشرة لرؤساء المشاريع.

التواصل والتنسيق

• التواصل بفاعلية حول توقعات المشروع مع أعضاء الفريق والأطراف المعنية بطريقة واضحة وفي الوقت المناسب.

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية واجتماعات مع الأطراف المعنية.

• القدرة على تخفيف التوتر وحل المشكلات الفورية في الموقع.

تخطيط وجدولة الموارد

• تقدير الموارد والمشاركين اللازمين لتحقيق أهداف المشروع مع مدير المشروع.

• تفويض المهام والمسؤوليات للأفراد المناسبين.

• تخطيط وجدولة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والمعالم.

إدارة الفريق والتطوير

• تدريب وتوجيه وتحفيز أعضاء الفريق ومراقبة أدائهم وتحمل المسؤولية عن أعمالهم.

• تحديد وحل القضايا والنزاعات داخل الفريق.

مراقبة الجودة وإدارة المشروع

• ضمان إدارة الجودة في المواقع ومتابعة تنفيذ المشروع وفق الخطة والجدول الزمني.

• إعداد مستندات مراقبة الجودة والتنسيق مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار وتحسين فترات التسليم.

• خبرة في الأعمال الكهربائية والميكانيكية، SCADA/الأدوات، وتنفيذ QA/QC في الموقع.

• إعداد وتحليل تقارير حالة المشروع، وحل مشكلات المناطق، وإجراء تقييم المشروع مع تقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء.

• تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة مراقبة التكاليف، وتوفير وظيفة تخطيط مركزية وجدولة لمشاريع رأس المال، O&M، العمليات والصيانة.

تحسين العمليات والدعم المؤسسي

• المشاركة في تطوير هيكل تقسيم العمل والتفاعل مع قسم المشتريات والهندسة والمالية.

• دعم تحسين إدارة المشاريع والمحفظة، واقتراح تحسينات على العمليات والأدوات.

• دعم استخدام وتدريب مديري المشاريع والفرق على أدوات وعمليات إدارة المشاريع.

• إجراء تدقيقات المشاريع والإشراف على الامتثال التنظيمي.

Exciting Opportunity: Project Manager – Large-Scale Project Execution & Supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management & Direction

• Responsible for overall guidance, coordination, execution, control, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.

• Build and develop key business relationships for project success.

• Report directly to Project Heads.

Communication & Coordination

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.

• Conduct site visits and meetings with stakeholders.

• Ability to mitigate stress and resolve immediate on-site issues.

Resource Planning & Scheduling

• Estimate resources and participants required to achieve project objectives with the Project Manager.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate individuals.

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.

Team Management & Development

• Train, guide, motivate, and monitor project team members and hold them accountable for their assigned work.

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Quality Management & Project Execution

• Ensure quality management on-site and project execution according to plan and schedule.

• Prepare quality control documents and coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and improved delivery times.

• Expertise in electrical and mechanical works, SCADA/instrumentation, and on-site QA/QC implementation.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and analyze project status reports, resolve site issues, conduct project evaluations, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost control, and provide centralized planning and scheduling for capital, O&M, operations, and maintenance projects.

Process Improvement & Institutional Support

• Participate in developing the work breakdown structure and coordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance departments.

• Support project and portfolio management improvements, suggest process and tool enhancements.

• Support project managers and teams in using project management tools and processes.

• Conduct project audits and oversee regulatory compliance.
