Clinical Specialist – Radiofrequency Ablation

Key Responsibilities

• Case Support: Provide on-site support during RF ablation and pain management procedures to ensure optimal device usage and patient outcomes.

• Clinical Training & Education: Deliver clinical presentations, workshops, and hands-on product demonstrations for physicians, therapists, and support staff.

• Therapy Development: Assist in identifying therapy gaps and collaborate with the commercial and medical affairs teams to expand clinical adoption.

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos for new and existing clients, including participation in exhibitions, seminars, and clinical evaluations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless product implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Clinical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of procedures, case feedback, and post-market clinical follow-ups to support ongoing product development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

• Preferred Background:

  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy is essential.

  • Experience in neurology, orthopaedic, or pain management devices is highly preferred.

  • Previous role in clinical support, device sales, or physiotherapy practice will be advantageous.

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English & Arabic is required.

• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

• Willingness to travel within the region for case support and training sessions.

• Location: Must be based in Muscat, Oman or willing to relocate.

• التعاون بين الفرق: العمل عن كثب مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق والتنظيم لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمنتجات ورضا العملاء.

• التوثيق السريري: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للإجراءات الطبية، والتغذية الراجعة، ومتابعات ما بعد التسويق لدعم تطوير المنتجات المستمر.

المؤهلات والخبرة

• التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في العلاج الطبيعي أو العلوم الطبية الحيوية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• الخلفية المفضلة:

• معرفة قوية بتشريح جسم الإنسان شرط أساسي.

• الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في أجهزة الأعصاب أو العظام أو إدارة الألم.

• خبرة سابقة في الدعم السريري أو مبيعات الأجهزة أو ممارسة العلاج الطبيعي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال، والعرض، والعلاقات الشخصية.

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية شرط أساسي.

• قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات بعقلية استباقية وموجهة نحو العملاء.

• الاستعداد للسفر داخل المنطقة لدعم الحالات وتنفيذ جلسات تدريبية.

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في مسقط، سلطنة عمان أو على استعداد للانتقال إليها.
