Role Description: Civil Quantity Surveyor (Full-Time | On-site | Oman)

The Civil Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimations, budgets, and financial forecasts.

• Conduct feasibility studies and generate detailed reports.

• Assess and value completed work, arrange interim and final payments.

• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.

• Ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.

• Experience in feasibility studies and reporting.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.

• In-depth understanding of construction methods and materials.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector or with governmental civil works is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure projects as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Solid grasp of cost control, contract terms, tendering, and risk assessment.

• High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills.

• Oman-based candidates preferred, or must be legally eligible to work in Oman.

• إعداد تقديرات التكاليف، والميزانيات، والتوقعات المالية.

• إجراء دراسات الجدوى وإعداد التقارير الفنية المفصلة.

• تقييم الأعمال المنجزة وترتيب الدفع المرحلي والنهائي.

• التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين وفِرَق المشروع.

• ضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني المحدد.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• مهارات قوية في تقدير التكاليف وإدارة الميزانيات والتحليل المالي.

• خبرة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى والتقارير.

• إجادة استخدام AutoCAD، وMS Project، وMicrosoft Excel.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء.

• معرفة عميقة بطرق ومواد البناء.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.

• حاصل على شهادة جامعية في مسح الكميات أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز أو المشاريع الحكومية.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمسّاح كميات في مشاريع البنية التحتية.

• فهم شامل لـ إدارة التكاليف، وشروط العقود، والمناقصات، وتقييم المخاطر.

• مهارات عالية في التحليل والتواصل والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• يُفضل أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في سلطنة عمان أو مؤهلاً قانونيًا للعمل فيها.
