Firefighting Supervisors and Technicians

Role Overview

We are seeking qualified and experienced Firefighting Supervisors and Technicians to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or carry out installation of firefighting systems including pumps, piping, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, extinguishers, and suppression systems.

• Perform testing and commissioning activities such as hydrostatic testing, flushing, functional testing, and final handover.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of firefighting systems and equipment.

• Prepare and maintain inspection checklists, reports, and test documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives during inspections.

• Troubleshoot and rectify system faults efficiently.

• Provide guidance and training to team members and end-users when required.

Compliance Standards

All work must comply with NFPA standards, local civil defense regulations, and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire suppression systems in compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.

• Perform regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of fire systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and perform corrective maintenance as needed.

• Prepare maintenance logs, service reports, and documentation following company policies and legal requirements.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, local civil defense authority codes, and manufacturer specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients during installation and maintenance.

• Report work progress, issues, and system performance to Supervisor or Project Engineer.

• Provide technical support, guidance, and on-site training to junior technicians when necessary.

• Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all activities.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials assigned for the job.
