• Lead and oversee all hotel operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering

• Conduct daily property walks to maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance

• Oversee capital projects and maintain the physical asset securely

• Prepare, review, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
