Senior Program Specialist
Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for managing projects in Oman from opportunity development stage to successful delivery to customer
-
Ensure on-time delivery of projects, within scope, with zero or positive deviation
-
Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolve customer issues
-
Take ownership of projects' financial performance; monitor monthly financial performance and review estimates versus actuals to continuously improve operational metrics
-
Lead implementation of productivity-enhancing process changes related to project delivery
-
Drive costs down to remain competitive in the marketplace
-
Control costs and maximize productivity through effective methods and standard processes
-
Drive Remote Migration Services for all migration projects
-
Enhance utilization of GMSC for all migration projects
-
Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials while maintaining and controlling inventory levels

Ensure projects are properly resourced

BS degree or equivalent technical or management experience required

Thorough knowledge of handling LSS projects’ field operations and financial processes
