مهام الوظيفة

• إدارة خارطة الطريق لمجموعة من التطبيقات الأساسية الموجهة للوسطاء.

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات، ويفضل في شركات ناشئة في مراحل متقدمة (Series A إلى Series C).

• خبرة مثبتة في قيادة استراتيجية المنتج أو إدارة محفظة منتجات.

• مهارات تواصل وكتابة قوية، والعمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الفنيين والتجاريين.

• شغف تقني وتركيز على المنتج.

• خبرة في إدارة قوائم المهام، تحديد المقاييس، وتحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس.

• قادر على المساهمة الفردية مع حب البقاء قريبًا من تفاصيل العمل.

What you’ll do

• Own the roadmap for core forwarder-facing applications.

• Deeply understand user needs by engaging directly with customers.

• Drive adoption and Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth through excellent product decisions.

• Help shape company-wide product strategy.

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at late Series A to Series C startups.

• Proven experience leading product strategy or managing a product portfolio.

• Experienced in managing backlogs, defining metrics, and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Implement corrective actions related to non-conformances and close out internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or those issued by Engineer/Consultant

• Participate in preparing project ITPs according to the project Quality Plan
