🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the company in achieving accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

📋 Key Accounting Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial records for both business units (architecture office and building materials shop).

• Prepare journal entries, manage general ledger operations, and generate monthly financial statements.

• Reconcile bank accounts and oversee petty cash transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage supplier and client accounts.

• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Omani regulations.

• Ensure adherence to statutory laws and financial regulations.

• Monitor inventory movements and assist with periodic stock audits.

• Manage branch-level correspondence, filing systems, and document organization.

• Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.

• Manage utility payments and liaise with local government offices.
