Data Protection Lead (Omani Candidates Only)

Purpose:

The Data Protection Lead is responsible for ensuring OMRAN’s compliance with data protection laws and regulations, safeguarding sensitive data, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance data privacy and security. This role involves overseeing data governance, assessing risks related to data processing, and fostering a culture of privacy awareness across OMRAN and its subsidiaries. The Data Protection Lead will be the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on data protection matters.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain OMRAN’s data protection policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws (e.g., Omani Data Protection Law, GDPR, international privacy regulations).

• Oversee data governance and risk assessments related to data processing.

• Foster a culture of privacy awareness and provide training across the organization.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Law, or Business Administration.

• Experience: At least 6 years in data protection, risk management, or a related field.

• Experience in business continuity planning and crisis management is also required.

Corporate Performance Lead

Purpose:

The Corporate Performance Lead’s primary responsibility is to support in managing and improving corporate balance scorecards and KPIs. The role involves using specialized reporting software and dashboards to monitor corporate performance, provide analytical support, forecasting, reporting, and project support, and deliver progress reports aligned with OMRAN’s business plan goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the quality of corporate KPIs and ensure their data accuracy, particularly for budgets, project plans, and relevant data.

• Prepare detailed reports for top management on corporate performance.

• Provide support for ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support various subsidiaries of OMRAN when needed.

الهدف:

يتولى قائد حماية البيانات مسؤولية ضمان امتثال شركة أومران لقوانين وتنظيمات حماية البيانات، وحماية البيانات الحساسة، وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات لتعزيز خصوصية وأمان البيانات. يشمل هذا الدور الإشراف على حوكمة البيانات، وتقييم المخاطر المتعلقة بمعالجة البيانات، وتعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالخصوصية عبر أومران والشركات التابعة لها. سيكون قائد حماية البيانات هو نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للسلطات التنظيمية والمساهمين الداخليين في مسائل حماية البيانات.

المسؤوليات:

الهدف:

الهدف الرئيسي من دور قائد الأداء المؤسسي هو دعم إدارة وتحسين بطاقة الأداء المؤسسي ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs). من المتوقع أن يستخدم القائد برنامج تقارير متخصصة ولوحات بيانات، لاستنباط مراقبة الأداء المؤسسي، وتقديم التحليلات، والتوقعات، والتقارير، ودعم المشاريع، وتقديم تقارير التقدم بما يتماشى مع أهداف خطة عمل أومران.

المسؤوليات:

• تقييم جودة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمؤسسة.

• ضمان دقة بيانات المشاريع والمبادرات من حيث الميزانية، وخطة المشروع، وجميع البيانات ذات الصلة.

• إعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا حول الأداء المؤسسي.

المساهمة الاستراتيجية:

• تقديم خدمات أومران والشركات التابعة لها وأصولها حسب الحاجة وبما يتناسب مع احتياجات الشركة ورؤية الإدارة العليا.
