Cementing Supervisor C

Job Description

• Inspect all personnel, equipment, rig up, job preparation, and mixing chemicals, and ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
• Spot equipment into position, rig up treating lines, hoses, wellhead connections, etc., to trucks, tanks, and wells, according to Company location safety standards.
• Supervise Mixing and preparing chemicals for pumping according to established procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to Contractor policy to ensure the unit is in a safe and proper working condition for the next service job.
• Complete all required documentation, including logs, checklists, and reports, and submit them in accordance with Company policy.

• Manage chemicals and spare parts inventory.
• Utilizes competency processes to enhance their own skills development and job performance.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained per company standards and all required jobs, maintenance, and paperwork are properly completed and documented.
• Review job program with Line management and customer representative to ensure they coincide and are within the capability of the equipment and the crew.
• Instruct and provide training for operators.​
