Production Analyst
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Functions:
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports
- Monitoring the Business Plan through the KPI
- Comparison of Budget with the Actual (Variance Analysis) and informing the same to Business Management
- Supporting all Production division departments
- ADHOC Request from Top Management
- Prepare Performance & Individual KPI
- Participating in preparing a Budget and long-term strategic plan for the company
- Presentations for management
- Reviewing Project Performance
- Work with IT department to automate reporting activities
- Reviewing subcontractors work performance and invoices
- Reviewing subcontractor invoices
- Prepare Project GAP Analysis
- Investment Analysis
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
- Adhere to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/ services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed
Engineer - Budget Control & Subcon
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 4 years of relevant experience in Budget Control & Subcontractors in Shipyard or similar work
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of general mechanical drawing, mechanical process and sequence drawing
- Requires good skill in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, Etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill in English is a must
- Exposure to ISO 9001-2000 standards
- Very good knowledge in technical terms and report writing skills.

- مراجعة أداء المشروع
- العمل مع قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لأتمتة أنشطة إعداد التقارير
- مراجعة أداء أعمال المقاولين من الباطن والفواتير
- مراجعة فواتير المقاولين من الباطن
- إعداد تحليل فجوة المشروع
- تحليل الاستثمار
- السياسات والأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات
- اتبع جميع سياسات الإدارة ذات الصلة والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والتعليمات بحيث يتم تنفيذ العمل بطريقة خاضعة للرقابة ومتسقة
- الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة
- الالتزام بجميع إجراءات وتعليمات وضوابط الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة لضمان سلامة الموظفين وجودة المنتجات / الخدمات والامتثال البيئي.
مهندس - مراقبة الميزانية والمقاولات الفرعية
المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الإدارة الصناعية أو ما يعادلها
الحد الأدنى من الخبرة:
- 4 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مراقبة الميزانية والمقاولين من الباطن في حوض بناء السفن أو عمل مماثل
المعرفة والمهارات الخاصة بالوظيفة:
- فهم الرسم الميكانيكي العام والعملية الميكانيكية ورسم التسلسل
- يتطلب مهارة جيدة في MS Office Word وExcel وPower Point Presentation وما إلى ذلك.
- مهارات التواصل والتعامل الشخصي الجيدة باللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية
- التعرض لمعايير ISO 9001-2000
- معرفة جيدة جدًا بالمصطلحات التقنية ومهارات كتابة التقارير.
