Main Responsibilities
- • Execute all assigned Production Measurement Planned Maintenance Activities (PM & CM) in the Area in Safe and Professional Manners.
- • Provide specialist input for Production Measurement applications and problem solving.
- • Analyse various meters performance in terms of principle of operation and factors that influence selection, design, construction, commissioning, maintenance and operation.
Senior Geomechanicist (Four Years Contract)
Education & Experience
- • University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Geo-Physics, Geology or equivalent technical subject
- • More than 10 years’ experience in geoscience & geomechanics in oil and gas operation
- • Strong technically, and pragmatic
- • Proven mastery of borehole and field scale geomechanics solutions and modeling skills with Shell and/or other Industry software
- • Proven mastery of all stress measurement tools and analyses techniques
- • Good knowledge of the standard rock mechanical laboratory tests and their QA/QC
- • Solid background on formation evaluation tools and techniques
Integrated Coaching Lead (Four Years Contract)
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the “Integrated Coaching Center”
- Standardization across all Discipline coaching
- Overseeing the PE Development programs and development.
- Managing, and evaluating Developments programs to ensure a high standard of teaching & On Job Training
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for the building PE Capability
- Budget Oversight: Managing the training budget, allocating resources efficiently

Education & Experience
- Higher Diploma in Paralegal Studies (CILEX) with experience performing paralegal role or administrative functions in a legal department of a commercial enterprise, or a Public entity or a law firm.
- Professional communication skills in both written and oral English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP systems and legal document management systems.

Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level professional certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) – Associate Level, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or similar qualifications).
- Head of Technical Safety Engineer - CFDH (Four Years Contract)
- Education & Experience
- • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mining, Process Safety) or equivalent.
- • A minimum of 12 years’ work experience in process/technical safety within the oil and gas industry with minimum of (4) years in a leadership role.
- • Recognized Company Technical Expert (SME) in the development and implementation of TSE standards and procedures, and skilled in the application of Shell standards and guidelines.
- • Mastery in developing ALARP demonstrations for Process Safety risks and assuring HSE Cases. Demonstrated skill in the management of major accident hazards.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- • تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة المخططة لقياس الإنتاج (PM & CM) المخصصة في المنطقة بطريقة آمنة ومهنية.
- • تقديم مدخلات متخصصة لتطبيقات قياس الإنتاج وحل المشكلات.
- • تحليل أداء العدادات المختلفة من حيث مبدأ التشغيل والعوامل التي تؤثر على الاختيار والتصميم والبناء والتشغيل والصيانة والتشغيل.
ميكانيكي جيولوجي كبير (عقد لمدة أربع سنوات)
التعليم والخبرة
- • درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو الرياضيات أو الجيوفيزياء أو الجيولوجيا أو ما يعادلها من تخصصات تقنية
- • أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في علوم الأرض والجيوميكانيكا في عمليات النفط والغاز

المؤهلات:-
- درجة البكالوريوس في العدالة الجنائية، أو المحاسبة الجنائية، أو القانون، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية على مستوى المبتدئين (على سبيل المثال، فاحص الاحتيال المعتمد (CFE) - مستوى مشارك، أو محترف الامتثال والأخلاق المعتمد (CCEP)، أو مؤهلات مماثلة).
- رئيس مهندس السلامة الفنية - CFDH (عقد لمدة أربع سنوات)
- التعليم والخبرة
- • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الكيميائية، الميكانيكية، التعدين، سلامة العمليات) أو ما يعادلها.
- • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مجال السلامة العملية/الفنية ضمن صناعة النفط والغاز مع ما لا يقل عن (4) سنوات في دور قيادي.
- • خبير فني معتمد لدى الشركة (SME) في تطوير وتنفيذ معايير وإجراءات TSE، وذو مهارة في تطبيق معايير وإرشادات Shell.
- • إتقان تطوير عروض ALARP لمخاطر سلامة العمليات وضمان حالات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. مهارة مثبتة في إدارة مخاطر الحوادث الكبرى.
